Yesterday I applied for credit prior to finding a furniture store. Once my financing was approved, I searched for a store that would honor the financing company. I ran across Elegance 4 Less. I’m a very picky person so to shop at my first stop is out of my character. I meet Mr. Byron who helped me with my purchases from start to finish including delivery and set up. I walked in Elegance for less and Was immediately greeted by Mr. Byron. I showed him what I wanted and he made it happen. My furniture wasn’t supposed to be delivered til Monday or Tuesday the next week. Mr. Byron got on that phone and made it happen for next day delivery before he even had the sell. He gave a time for delivery and kept me updated. Upon delivery Mr. Byron and Jeremiah (very respectable young man) had excellent service being very careful with my new furniture. Put it together and even set it up for me. A-1 service. Elegance For less will most def be shopping again.

The only reason I am giving this business, its owner, and the delivery team 5 stars is because that is the highest number of stars available. If I could give more, I would as the owner was extremely helpful during our purchase. He even ignored his closing hours and stayed late a few times to help us make the best decision on our purchase. We always got the impression that he was not just in business to “make money” but he genuinely cared about the purchase we were making for our family. The delivery team maintained great communication, was on time, cleaned up behind themselves, and were extremely professional the entire time. Chris from the delivery team helped make the delivery go even more smoothly with his sharp attention to detail. The owner and the entire company is impressive and I highly recommend them for your household and business needs.

Being a single mother with bad credit and pinching every dollar, the thought of buying new furniture was forbidden in my world. Out window shopping, I decided to check out this gorgeous Ashley 3 piece oversized living room set and desk in the window and fell in love. The owner informed me about a financing option (I was sure I would be denied) and I decided to give it a shot… what could I loose?!? First of all, the owner of this business and his wife are the absolute BEST!!! Asides having excellent and variety of furnitures to pick from, the prices are Great. This review is long overdue. Mr. Bryon delivered and set up my furniture. He was very patient and understanding, he follows you every step of the way and communication is top notch. We are so happy with our new table. We have been looking for a table with a reasonable price for a few weeks now. We went to Katy furniture and I fell in love with this table but the prices were ridiculous. I ended up getting the table for $1,000 cheaper at Elegant 4 Less than what I was going to pay at Katy Furniture. I may add that I am a returning customer and this seller has never let us down with their products.

Purchased a bedroom set two years ago and we were very happy with the selection, price delivery and set up. Much better than the big "name brand " stores.
Went there today to purchase bedding and the door was locked. Inside were boxes, the flooring, furniture and accessories were gone!

I went to this store and was completely disrespected by the owners partner in this store. This guy made a sexual reference towards myself and my husband. I feel completely disrespected as a woman, also that a stranger (a man) in a business would feel comfortable making such remarks. Even more so that the owner laughed right along with the ignorant person who made the comment. We walked out of this place right before placing an order with him because of this. This was the most unprofessional experience ever. We needed to furnish our whole house. But we won't be doing it here you just lost business...I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!

We recently moved into the area from out of state & were lucky to have found this store! The owner is friendly & helpful without being pushy; our furniture was delivered on time & you would be hard pressed to beat the prices or the quality!
1/25: I just noticed the review by the person who said they paid cash & did not receive their furniture... well, we paid cash and we got what we paid for...on time. I do not know what is going on with that one person but I find it hard to believe. Why would everybody else get such great service & then someone out of the blue get such horrendous service? It boggles the mind!

I had to get my entire home furnish and I went to Katy Furniture didn’t even know anything about Elegance 4 Less until I saw a delivery truck had the name and phone # on the truck, when I was leaving Katy Furniture where I just purchase 3500.00 worth of Furniture. I call the number on the truck and the owner answer the phone. His name Byron and he’s Cute ladies but back to what I was getting too Lol. Mr Byron sold me the same thing for only 3200.00 so I call to cancer my order with Katy Furniture when they try to charge me over $3600.00. Thank You So Much Byron for helping me so much I’m a single parent too. And that really made me so happy. If he don’t have it in his store he can still get what you looking for to get. Because he did me the same. Thanks again I’m so happy.????????????????
